Michael Barnes... Owner

With over 30 years experience in the design, engineering and manufacturing of signs, awnings, canopies and brand specific image items, Michael brings a unique value to the UniStructures' family of customers. Michael is accessible to every customer and hands-on with every brand to ensure the value of UniStructures extends from the rough design to far beyond the final installation. With an eye for efficiency and a talent for creative design, Michael leads the company by setting the standard for customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Michael has almost single-handedly led the design and development of the new exterior "direct sunlight readable digital menu board" from inception to installation and in the process has created a world-class family of products that significantly outperform any competitive products in the market at a more affordable price.

Lin Register... President

Lin brings a wealth of business, finance and sales experience to UniStructures. Having developed his skills during a twenty-one year career as an executive with GE, Lin fine tuned his expertise leading a number of successful start-up companies in several different industries. Lin's experience building channel and business alliance relationships is proving invaluable opening new opportunities for the UniStructures' products. His experience and expertise continue to help position UniStructures as an industry leader in both existing product families and new technology innovations such as the exterior "direct sunlight readable digital menu board" being announced in January 2010. Lin earned his BA in Economics from Elon University.

Robert Creasy... Vice President Business Development and Marketing

Robert's sales and marketing experience ranges across vertical markets from aerospace to hospitality to retail and transportation. With twenty-three years of sales and management experience at GE, several successful start-ups and two significant turn-around successes under his belt, Robert has met challenges across the US and with European and Asian based organizations. Robert's background has included roles in IT, manufacturing, customer service, marketing and new business development providing him with an overall business perspective that is unique in this environment. His commitment to customer satisfaction, extensive experience and expertise in sales and marketing and his dedication to achieving UniStrucutres' goals and objectives enable Robert to successfully focus on individual customer requirements without ever losing sight of the overall company objectives for the entire customer family.
