USI Approach

UniStructures' approach to business will always be, "customer service begins with the first discussion and continues long after the sale and product implementation". Our customers are our family and are treated to the highest levels of attention and respect from our team members, from design thru manufacturing, implementation and on-going support.


We encourage customer visits to our facility to discuss prototypes and designs with our team in advance of committing to their design strategies. Here you can view manufactured prototypes and designs from dozens of brands and work directly with the UniStructures team to design image items to support your specific branding strategy.


Our engineering staff is involved with every product or prototype we produce to ensure their extensive experience is included in every customer experience. For many brand environments, our engineers work directly with brand engineers to create "next generation" products. This ensures the designs include installation considerations allowing for a perfect fit of the product when installed on site.

Shipping & Delivery

UniStructures maintains our own fleet of trucks and drivers nationwide and an online customer service team at headquarters. Our drivers are trained to install and maintain all UniStructures' products in the field and to obtain customer sign-off before leaving the job site. This enables UniStructures to hold shipping and installation pricing at the lowest levels of any of our competitors. The customer service team coordinates the pre-delivery scheduling to insure the products are shipped and delivered to the job site at the right time. At the request of the customer we will deliver to the site for installation by third party or the General Contractor if this is preferred.

Site Reviews

For installation of new prototypes, unique custom designed image items and digital products, UniStructures requires an on-site visit prior to installation to insure all measurements are exact and site preparation will be completed prior to deployment of the product.


UniStructures is unique in our approach to product installation. Using our own delivery trucks and labor pool, we not only manufacture and ship, but we deliver, dig the holes and pour the footings for our products to insure that the installation is done to our engineered specifications. Anchor cages are set for all menu boards and digital displays. These anchor gages consist of four 3/4" J bolts with welded support plates. The anchor cage is set in poured concrete in a hole 24" square and 36" deep for stability against 135 mph winds.

Maintenance & Support

UniStructures provides ongoing post-installation maintenance and support for all of our product families. Maintenance varies by product, but is always performed by UniStructures personnel. Product support is coordinated for all products by our customer service organization.


All of the UniStructures products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and materials. Each of our products carry specific warranty periods. All warranties provided by paint and powder coat providers of up to fifteen years are passed on to our customers in addition to the UniStructures warranty. Digital products are warranted for three years with an option to purchase an extended warranty for up to five years. 3M fabric canopy tops and awning materials carry a (7) year manufacturers warranty. Kynar finished aluminum includes a manufacturers warranty of twenty years which is also passed to the customer.
