Michael Barnes is responsible for the guidance and direction of all activities and resources of the key executives of the company. His responsibilities include Business planning, Design and Innovation (existing and new products), Business Management Operations, Manufacturing processes, Key account executive relationships, Partner Executive relationships, Corporate image, Capital expenditures, and all legal issues.

With over thirty years of experience in the design, engineering and manufacturing of Drive-Thru components and brand specific image items in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, Michael brings a unique value to the Uni-Structures' family of customers. Michael is accessible to every customer and hands-on with every brand to ensure the value of Uni-Structures extends from the initial design to manufacturing and on to the serviceability of all USI products. Michael leads the company by setting the standard for customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Michael has been at the forefront of the design and development of all USI products since the inception of the company. This "hands on" approach has led to the creation of a world-class family of products that significantly outperforms any competitive products in the market at a more affordable price.
Julie Barnes

Bringing her extensive background and over 10 years of banking industry experience, Julie Barnes worked side by side with husband Michael creating the back office infrastructure for Uni-Structures as a start-up company. Relying on her financial knowledge and training at CPA firms and major Atlanta banks, Julie orchestrated the implementation of systems / processes for A/R, A/P, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation and Human Resources that were both integrated and flexible enough to grow with the business in the future. Today, Julie serves as CFO for the business and oversees all aspects of financial services for Uni-Structures, Inc.
Martine Roberson

After receiving her BA in Management from Mercer University, Martine joined Uni-Structures to help develop and implement a complex back office infrastructure to manage the business. Over her 14 year career, Martine has made significant contributions to the USI team. Her roles in finance, major account management, customer service, materials acquisition, manufacturing support and shipping/ logistics has helped USI grow internally and develop a strong bond with their customers. As current Vice President of Operations, Martine oversees all aspects of product development, strategy, and execution of the day to day operational functions. Martine's breadth of experience over her 14 year USI career and her dedication to customer satisfaction combined with her awareness of the QSR industry makes her a key member of the USI executive team.
Magan O'Dell

Atlanta-native, Magan O'Dell, studied Corporate Psychology at the University of Tennessee. She discovered her passion for sales as an intern at a Marietta Media Sales Agency that led her to pursue a degree in Mass Communications from Kennesaw State University. Upon graduation, she joined Oakwood Worldwide in Dallas, TX and began her exciting career in B2B Sales/Management, Sales Training, and Staffing.

Magan has enjoyed a 10 year career in Sales and Management in various industries such as Property Management, Corporate Relocation, and Staffing. Working over the years for various fortune 500 companies like Oakwood Worldwide and Randstad North America, she has been trained in areas to include the Art of Selling, the Skill of Management, the Benefits of Effective Networking, and Talent Sourcing. Through her creative recruiting strategies, meticulous interviewing, and keen eye for quality talent, she was able to grow Randstad's market share substantially year-over-year which identify her top among Randstad's most talented.

As VP of Business Development. Magan is responsible for market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
