Can you explain your journey here at Uni-Structures? First position to now?
I started as a loader in Sept. 2016 and began helping on CFA installs. Moved to Production Control in January of 2017. There, I learned a ton about material planning and manufacturing processes. I moved to Production Manager in 2018, and enjoyed that every much. It was a great learning experience, and I really got to appreciate all the hard work everyone does to make this company so successful. Back to Production control in 2019 and then to Accounting Controller in 2020. Its been a wild ride, but I have had a lot of fun on the way. I am very grateful for all the opportunities I have been given here.
Will you briefly describe your current role?
Accounting Controller: I primarily manage cash flow and help guide the company’s strategic financial decisions. I also oversee daily accounting operations, including the accounting, invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Being able to help the company grow. I am very excited for the future of Uni-Structures.
What are you most proud of from your time at Uni-Structures?
I am most proud of my growth and advancement within the company. I have been very fortunate to have experience all that I have here.
