Michael Barnes is responsible for the guidance and direction of all of the activities and resources of Uni-Structures key executives. His other responsibilities include business planning, design and innovation, and Business Management Operations. In addition, he manages the manufacturing processes, key account executive relationships, partner executive relationships, corporate image, capital expenditures, and all legal issues.
Michael leads the company by setting the standard for customer satisfaction and responsiveness. For over thirty years, He has been at the forefront of the design and development of all USI products. His “hands-on” approach has led to the creation of a world-class family of affordable products that outperform all of the competitor’s products.
With extensive experience in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of drive-thru components in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, Michael brings a unique value to the Uni-Structures family of customers. He is hands-on with every brand to ensure the value of Uni-Structures products extends from the initial design to manufacturing and serviceability.
