- A Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales process.

Job Summary
Essential Functions:
- Maximize business opportunities with new and existing clients by building and maintaining client relationships
- Present quotes to the customer, obtain preliminary design approval, fabrication commitment and/or order acknowledgment, and change orders
- Submitting and collecting job deposit invoices
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Explain the fabrication process, and timelines, and introduce Project Coordinator to the customer
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Enter all sales requests and submit order acknowledgments for customer signature
- Work with Project Coordinator to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
- Organize, update, and maintain customer base in CRM by recording changes to customer accounts, updating service requests, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Act as the primary responder for all incoming assigned client and customer calls
- Assist the Finance department as needed with collecting the final payment
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working from a computer
- Occasional travel locally and out of state
