Installation

Installation

We are unique in our approach to product installation. We use our own delivery trucks and labor pool. Not only do we manufacture and ship, but we also design and build our own crates to ensure product safety and installation convenience.

We staff and train our specialists to install, service, & maintain your specific drive-thru elements. Our 85,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is based out of Kennesaw, GA and our three strategic staging facilities in Phoenix, AZ, Tyler, TX and South Windsor, CT help expedite shipment/delivery of product. 

Our installers follow step-by-step instructions to ensure that installation is done to our engineered specifications.

Anchor cages are set for all menu boards and digital displays. These anchor gauges consist of four 3/4" J bolts with welded support plates. The anchor cage is set in poured concrete in a hole 24" square and 36" deep for stability against 135 mph winds.

Shipping & Delivery

We maintain our own fleet of trucks and drivers nationwide and have a customer service team at our headquarters. Our drivers are trained to install and maintain all of our products in the field and to obtain customer sign-off before leaving the job site.

This enables us to hold shipping and installation pricing at the lowest levels in the industry. Our customer service team coordinates the pre-delivery scheduling to ensure the products are shipped and delivered to the job site at the right time. At the request of the customer, we can also deliver our products to the job site for installation by third party or the general contractor.

Maintenance & Support

We provide ongoing post-installation maintenance, support and follow-up for all our product families. Maintenance varies by product, but is always performed by Uni-Structures personnel.  Our dedicated account management team is always available for product support.
