This is our latest custom project at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, where we provided a state-of-the-art carwash arched canopy system. This transformative addition has not only elevated the aesthetic appeal of the facility but has also enhanced the customer experience. Our team worked closely with their management team to understand their vision and unique requirements, resulting in a tailored solution that surpasses expectations.

The carwash arched canopy system stands as a striking feature, capturing the attention of visitors from afar. Its sleek design, combined with superior craftsmanship, creates a modern and inviting atmosphere for customers. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this canopy system also serves a practical purpose in guiding and streamlining the carwash process.

To further enhance functionality, Uni-Structures incorporated a clear separation between the club members' lanes and other guests approaching the pay station. This innovative feature ensures a seamless flow of traffic, improving efficiency and reducing congestion during peak hours.

Adding a touch of sophistication and visibility, our carwash canopy system also features LED downlights. These energy-efficient lights not only illuminate the area but also create a welcoming ambiance for customers, enhancing the overall experience. With these LED downlights, Tidal Wave Carwash can operate smoothly even during the evening hours, ensuring excellent visibility for both staff and customers.

By partnering with Uni-Structures, Tidal Wave Carwash has demonstrated their commitment to providing an exceptional carwash experience. We completed this special project for our partners at Dunkin'. This large 32' x 8' patio-style canopy features our integrated gutter system and 10 LED downlights. This patio canopy not only adds to the architectural beauty of the building, but also serves the functional purpose of providing shade, shelter, and light at night.

For our partners at Method 1, we created a head turning digital "All-In-One" Canopy. This matte black design paired with blue LED lighting features a 55" Samsung outdoor rated digital screen. 

We completed this wonderful project for our partners at Panera Bread in Fayetteville, NY. These building canopies feature  Knotwood faux wood soffit panel with  3" LED downlights.

This project for our First Watch partners in Kansas City, MO was a fan favorite! The Decoral faux wood soffit panels provide the durability of metal with the look appealing of wood. 

Progress shots that include just some of the work contributed to the new Yanmar facility in Acworth, Georgia. 

While Uni-Structures was working at Yanmar, we developed a relationship with the construction group that was building the site: Carroll Daniel. They asked us to fabricate a sign for their new office location in Atlanta, Georgia. The sign was cut out of 1/2" aluminum by our state-of-the-art laser, then clear coated, studded out, and hung in their office. 

While Uni-Structures was working at Yanmar, we developed a relationship with the construction group that was building the site: Carroll Daniel. They asked us to fabricate them a sign for their new office location in Atlanta, Georgia. The sign was cut out of 1/2" aluminum by our state of the art lazer, then clear coated, studded out, and hung in their office.
